Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, and setting strategic goals. Additional tasks include optimizing business processes, maintaining high standards of service quality, and implementing company policies. The General Manager will also be responsible for driving business growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Store / Restaurant Experience is preferred

• Experience in personnel management, leadership, and team-building skills
• Strong strategic planning, business management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving financial objectives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the recruitment or job placement industry is advantageous
