ComForCare Home Care of Clayton County is looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our growing team in Jonesboro. At ComForCare, our mission is to help our clients “Live Their Best Life.” The Office Administrator is the backbone of this mission, ensuring that our operations, caregivers, and clients are perfectly synced.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

Home Care Scheduling: Manage daily caregiver schedules to ensure 100% coverage and high client satisfaction.

Administrative Operations: Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems, manage office supplies, and handle high-volume phone inquiries.

HR & Compliance: Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing of caregivers in accordance with Georgia state regulations.

Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for families and healthcare professionals, providing information on our home care services.

Payroll & Billing Support: Validate caregiver time logs and assist with client invoicing tasks.
Qualifications (Requirements)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant or Office Management experience (Medical or Home Care office experience strongly preferred).

Skills: Expert-level organization and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with Home Care platform is a major plus.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Clearance: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

Compensation: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
