What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of current processes, procedures, and tools associated with the employer’s business model
  • Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
  • Work with members, brokers, providers, and vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs
  • Monitor and track the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues, escalating as necessary
  • Participate in process improvement projects while complying with operational and regulatory standards

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting
  • At least 6+ months of healthcare experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Proven ability to manipulate and enter accurate data

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problems
  • Advanced capabilities in Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
