The Role at a Glance

  • Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
  • Location: Remote (Priority consideration for Ohio-based candidates)
  • Shift: EST Hours
  • Interview Process: Remote or In-Person

What You’ll Do

  • Develop (60%): Build high-performance User Interfaces and APIs using .NET Core, Angular, and C#.
  • Maintain (20%): Debug and optimize existing codebases.
  • Collaborate & Test (20%): Participate in Agile design sessions and ensure code quality through TDD and automated testing.

Technical Must-Haves

Backend & Cloud:

  • 10+ Years: .NET Development (C#) & Relational Databases (MS SQL/Oracle).
  • 3+ Years: .NET Core (1.0/2.0 and above).
  • 2+ Years: Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Azure Batch, WebJobs).
  • 2+ Years: Azure DevOps & CI/CD Pipeline management.

Frontend & UI:

  • 2+ Years: Angular 14.0+ (TypeScript, Bootstrap, Jasmine/Karma).
  • 5+ Years: General Web UI (JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, MVC).

Methodology & Tools:

  • ORM: 6+ years with Entity Framework.
  • Process: 4+ years of Agile Development (TFS).
  • Testing: 3+ years of Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Compliance Requirements

  • Background: Must complete a BCI fingerprint background check prior to start.
  • Equipment: Must work within the United States (Government equipment cannot be taken/used outside the US).
