About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that meet our clients’ needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for innovative problem-solving and continuous learning. Qualifications
- 3–5 years of real-time full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, and Spring Boot
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React and Angular
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of RESTful API development and JSON data interchange
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in coding assessments
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using a modern tech stack
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implement responsive user interfaces with React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between front-end and back-end systems
- Build and optimize microservices architecture for high performance and scalability
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Maintain and improve existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
