About The Role We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer with expertise in React to join our dynamic Product Development Team. This role offers the unique advantage of working within a product-centric environment, providing exposure to versatile projects, a high degree of independence, and the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of our development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Web Development Team and the Head of Technology to deliver engaging, high-quality web applications. Your contributions will involve supporting existing projects, developing new features, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance user experience and application performance. This position is ideal for professionals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, innovative setting that values creativity, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in web application development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.
• Professional expertise in React JS, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming design patterns.
• Proficiency in creating interactive, high-performance web user interfaces using React JS.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux or Flux.
• Strong knowledge of CSS methodologies, tools, optimization techniques, and page rendering performance.
• Fluent in version control systems, particularly Git, and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Experience working with hooks and implementing TypeScript architecture in projects.
• Understanding of RESTful API and SOA concepts.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript standards (ES6/ES7/ES8).
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development challenges.

Additional qualifications that are considered a plus include experience with high load projects, Node.js development, Docker containers, Linux-based OS, Bash scripting, and familiarity with SOLID principles and distributed application design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with the Web Development Team and Head of Technology to address real-world product tasks, dedicating approximately 70% of your time to development and 30% to support activities.
• Select and implement appropriate tools, technologies, and techniques to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable application architectures aligned with project requirements.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Write optimized, clean, and efficient code to deliver high-performance web applications.
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team to foster continuous improvement.
