Requirements

Must have:

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the Manufacturing or Production sector. – Demonstrated proficiency in Electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems. – Skilled in preventive maintenance and repair of equipment. – Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. – Solid comprehension of safety protocols in the manufacturing field. – Capable of interpreting technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams. – Excellent communication and collaboration skills. – Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. – Capacity to perform under pressure and manage emergencies. – Willingness to work night shifts and be available for on-call emergencies. – Relevant certification or degree in a technical discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to pinpoint potential problems and address them proactively. – Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance. – Diagnose and repair malfunctioning machinery and equipment. – Interpret and apply technical documentation, blueprints, and diagrams effectively. – Collaborate closely with the production team to comprehend equipment requirements and schedule maintenance work accordingly. – Respond to emergency breakdowns and undertake prompt repairs to reduce downtime. – Maintain precise and current maintenance records. – Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to foster a safe work environment. – Stay informed about industry trends and technological advances to propose enhancements in maintenance practices.
