About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team at Bright Vision Technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, developing engaging, responsive, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end technologies, a passion for creating seamless user experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile environment. This is a full-time position based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements. The successful candidate will contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through innovative technology solutions. We welcome applicants on various non-immigrant visas, including OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN, E3, or those seeking H1B sponsorship for the 2027 quota, with a preference for candidates already on H-1B who are open to transfer.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Experience with React.js and Angular frameworks
  • Knowledge of responsive web design principles
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
  • Proficiency in UI component libraries like Bootstrap and Material UI
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications
  • Create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with UI/UX best practices
  • Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver seamless solutions
  • Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and JSON data integration
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness of applications
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
  • Maintain version control and manage code repositories using Git
  • Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines to streamline deployment processes
  • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving front-end issues promptly
