What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Greet employees and guests in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Organize and manage physical mail, packages, and office supplies to support daily operations
- Assist in preparing for meetings and events, including setting up conference rooms and ordering food
- Process invoices and manage expense reports for A&H leaders
- Act as a backup for the Office Manager, providing administrative support as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of equivalent work experience in administrative, receptionist, or customer service roles
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience handling expense reports and invoice payments
- Ability to multitask and manage urgent requests in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with in-office attendance required on specified days
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited college
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in handling confidential information discreetly
