Role Description
We are hiring Full Time Founding Team at MapTrix AI for the positions of Director of Technology, Director of Sales, CTO, CMO, Two SDE (Backend Engineering) and CPO (Preferably in Project management & Frontend Engineering.

In this position, you will contribute to the core development of our hazard intelligence solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the platform’s algorithms, and design actionable frameworks for implementing data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include driving product strategy, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, and scaling the technology and business for long-term impact. You will work at the intersection of geospatial analytics, data science, and risk modeling to create innovative tools that meet the needs of customers in industries such as insurance, real estate, and government planning. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the vision, strategy, and direction of a fast-growing start-up.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in geospatial analytics, data integration, and hazard intelligence systems
• Strong skills in risk modeling, decision science, and probabilistic analysis
• Experience with programming or technology development, particularly in automation or AI-driven systems
• Project management and product strategy experience, focusing on scaling start-ups or tech-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with natural hazard risks, climate change impact, and sustainability initiatives
• History of innovation, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in business development or working with clients in industries like insurance, real estate, or urban planning is a plus

Note: This is a Payback where all the early founding Team members will be paid back as initially company can not afford to offer salary. We have 15% ESOP dedicated to Early Team founding Team
