The Role

We’re looking for a founding full-stack engineer who builds fast, thinks clearly, and operates with extreme ownership.

You should be the kind of person who:

• Moves from idea → prototype → shipped in hours or days, not weeks
• Loves messy 0→1 environments
• Has strong system architecture intuition
• Has opinions, brings ideas, and challenges assumptions
• Thrives in high-velocity teams and wants to build a category-defining product

This is a true founding seat — you’ll influence Topify’s tech stack, product direction, and engineering culture.

What You’ll Do

• Build core product surfaces end-to-end (full-stack, fast).
• Design scalable architecture for our AI Visibility platform.
• Integrate LLMs, retrieval pipelines, structured content systems.
• Own features from concept → design → implementation → iteration.
• Drive engineering decisions without needing heavy guidance.
• Set the pace: rapid prototyping, rapid shipping, rapid refactoring.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• 4+ years full-stack experience
• Strong with TypeScript, React, Node/Bun, Postgres
• Fast execution, high quality bar
• Solid system design skills
• Startup mentality: high ownership, bias for action, low ego

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic systems
• Infra/DevOps familiarity
• Product sense and taste
• Prior founding engineer or early-stage startup experience
