Join our team at Buddy Brew Coffee a specialty coffee company and become a key player in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our guests We are currently seeking a passionate and customer focused individual to fill the position of Barista Full time and Part time positions available Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they enter the cafeGuide guests through our diverse drink and food menu answering any questions they may haveTake orders with careful attention to details such as coffee blend preferences dairy choices and sugar requirementsPrepare a variety of hot and cold beverages following Buddy Brew Coffee recipesServe beverages in a high quality and presentable mannerHandle cash transactions and process credit card payments accuratelyMaintain a clean organized and well stocked work stationEnsure stock levels of ceramic cutlery and paper goods are adequateRegularly check and maintain brewing equipment reporting any issues in the shift reportAdhere to local health and safety regulationsCommunicate guest feedback to managers for continuous improvementActively suggest menu additions or alterations based on customer preferencesPerform other duties as assignedSkills Previous work experience in the FoodBeverage industryBarista experience is preferred but not requiredHands on experience with brewing equipmentKnowledge of sanitation regulationsFood Handlers certification in Florida or ability to become certified within 90 daysFlexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidaysBasic math and cash handling skillsAbility to understand and respond to guest preferencesExcellent communication skillsAbility to work in close proximity with others in a cooperative mannerAt Buddy Brew Coffee we value individuals who are enthusiastic detail oriented and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience If you are passionate about coffee and thrive in a fast paced environment we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity Join us in creating memorable moments one cup at a time Note The positions compensation includes a base salary and tips
