Fleet Supervisor (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

• 6:00 AM — 2:30 PM

• 2:00 PM — 10:30 PM

Travel: Local (up to 20%)

Join our Client, a leader in the autonomous vehicle industry, as a Mission Readiness Supervisor. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure vehicles, equipment, and teams are fully prepared to meet operational and safety standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily readiness operations, including vehicle movement, equipment storage, and service coordination

• Drive L3 and auxiliary vehicles as needed

• Support spare parts inventory, documentation, and reporting

• Maintain a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant workshop

• Lead and coach team members, providing feedback and resolving issues promptly

• Conduct risk assessments and act as the first level of quality control

• Support onboarding and continuous improvement efforts

What You’ll Bring:

• 1+ year of leadership experience

• Proficiency in Git, Jira/Confluence, and MS Office or Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Clean driving record, background check, MVR, and drug screen required
