Key Responsibilities
- Own Sales headcount management and collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting to maintain accurate actuals and forecasts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reviews covering bookings, expenses, pipeline trends, risks, KPI tracking, and productivity analysis.
- Manage end-to-end Commissions Cash and Opex forecasts, including BvA reporting.
- Conduct commission attainment analysis and review KPIs for Marketing, Channel, and SDR teams supporting Americas Sales.
- Provide ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to support senior management decision-making.
- Support annual planning, business reporting, accruals, and monthly/quarterly financial performance reviews.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of FP&A experience with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
