Drive Financial Strategy in Aerospace: Financial Analyst (Hybrid) | Windsor Locks, CTRole Summary & ImpactPDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry to hire a skilled Financial Analyst who will play a critical role in shaping business performance and strategic decision-making. In this hybrid role, you’ll deliver high-impact financial insights, support complex programs, and help ensure financial integrity across engineering and development initiatives-all within a highly regulated, cutting-edge aerospace environment.What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)Perform financial reporting, planning, and analysis in compliance with GAAP and all RTX policies and proceduresPrepare, review, and approve journal entries, P&L statements, and Balance Sheet accountsGenerate forecasts and analyze trends across sales, operations, programs, engineering, and other business areasAssist with reporting and reconciliation of Estimates at Completion (EACs) for engineering and development programsMonitor, analyze, and communicate financial risks and opportunities to stakeholdersProvide clear, data-driven financial analytics to leadership to support informed decision-makingSupport ad hoc management requests for financial analysis and reportingEnsure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and government accounting compliance and reporting requirements are metRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldThis position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
