Finance Specialist | Remote

Position: Technology Finance Analyst

Type: Hourly contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Train and guide AI models using real-world financial datasets, spreadsheets, and financial artifacts.
Contribute domain expertise to projects involving messy or unstructured financial data.
Support AI training initiatives using incomplete or ambiguous financial inputs.
Collaborate with finance and technical teams to structure and refine training datasets.
Seed financial datasets and workflows with minimal structure, iteratively improving data organization.
Work with AI developers to optimize data normalization, reconstruction, and model learning processes.
Communicate financial insights and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong background in finance or technology finance with experience handling real-world financial data.
Experience with financial modeling and financial data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working with unstructured datasets and spreadsheet-based financial records.
Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple regions.
Interest in AI, machine learning, or finance-related data training initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
