Finance Manager | Remote

Position: Finance Technical Reviewer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $100-$200/hr

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate equity and/or credit research for analytical accuracy and institutional-quality rigor.
• Assess financial models, valuation analyses, and investment theses against established benchmarks.
• Provide clear, structured, and evidence-based written feedback to improve research quality.
• Collaborate with panel members to develop standardized rubrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Participate in review sessions to objectively score and differentiate analyst-level work products.
• Contribute market and sector insights across equities, credit, and multi-asset portfolios.
• Identify analyst proficiency levels and deliver actionable feedback to support development.

Requirements

• Strong institutional experience in hedge funds, asset management, family offices, or multi-asset research platforms.
• Deep expertise in fundamental equity and/or credit research with advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Solid understanding of portfolio construction and position-level risk assessment.
• Proven ability to review, critique, or mentor analyst-level investment work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an evidence-based, detail-oriented approach.
• High standards of professional integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
