We’re hiring a Field Technician I—an entry-level role designed for someone who’s mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and ready to get their foot in the door. No advanced experience needed—just the right mindset.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment in the field
  • Travel to customer job sites alongside experienced technicians
  • Learn how to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Assist with inspections and service work
  • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe
  • Build hands-on skills that grow into a long-term career

What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanical aptitude (you like working with your hands or fixing things)
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Interest in construction equipment, diesel, or similar trades
  • Valid driver’s license

Bonus if you have:

  • Trade school exposure or certifications
  • Basic experience with tools or equipment
  • Any mechanical, automotive, or labor background
