Position Overview The Dallas Bulls are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operations of all team facilities, including training centers, offices, and event spaces. This role ensures that all facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and in top condition to support team performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all team facilities, including practice fields, weight rooms, locker rooms, offices, and event spaces.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and security.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and facility issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and league standards.
- Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and expansions as needed.
- Manage facility budgets, including cost control and vendor negotiations.
- Coordinate with team staff for facility usage scheduling and special events.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within sports, entertainment, or large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
