What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Partner with the Managing Shareholder to track and advance strategic initiatives
- Independently manage special projects and ensure timely execution across departments
- Prepare briefing materials and summaries for meetings and external engagements
- Anticipate needs and proactively prepare the Managing Shareholder for discussions
- Manage the Managing Shareholder’s complex calendar and coordinate travel arrangements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in a Mac-based environment
- 1-3 years in a Chief of Staff role within a professional services environment
