The Role

An Executive Assistant is needed to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and go-to-market leadership. This role serves as the operational backbone of the GTM organization.

Responsibilities include owning calendar and meeting operations, travel and event logistics, information synthesis, and communications flow. This position will work day-to-day with the CRO’s Chief of Staff and collaborate across a wide set of GTM and company stakeholders. The baseline expectation is to excel at calendar management, travel coordination, responsiveness, and follow-through. There is significant room for growth, with an expectation for proactivity and independent thinking. Over time, the role will expand to include coordination work across the GTM team, such as meeting preparation and follow-up, light project tracking, Notion workspace management, and material formatting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Scheduling — End-to-end calendar management with strong judgment. This involves de-conflicting, prioritizing, and making decisions about meeting movements based on business context. Readiness to manage same-day shifts is required.

  • Travel & Events Coordination — Owning logistics for conferences, client meetings, and travel. This includes building detailed itineraries, anticipating needs, and handling last-minute changes with speed and composure.

  • Information Synthesis & Meeting Prep — Reviewing Slack threads, meeting notes, and data to surface key information before meetings. Flagging open decisions, owner gaps, and follow-ups. Drafting weekly briefings for leadership.

  • Communications Flow — Triaging inbound messages with speed and judgment, routing them to the appropriate person, and drafting communications in the CRO’s voice when necessary. The goal is to ensure urgent matters are addressed and important information is not lost.

  • GTM Meeting Support — Partnering with the Chief of Staff on agendas, pre-meeting input, and post-meeting follow-up for leadership team meetings and all-hands. Maintaining continuity for recurring meetings.

  • Material Creation & Formatting — Quality assurance of decks and documents before they reach leadership. Cleaning up AI-generated outputs to match templates. Performing light proofreading and formatting. Building basic trackers and spreadsheets as needed.

  • Notion Workspace Development — Assisting in refreshing and organizing the commercial team’s Notion workspaces. Building and maintaining clean landing pages for initiatives.

How This Role Works

This position will work most closely with the CRO’s Chief of Staff, who serves as the primary day-to-day partner and holds significant context on priorities and stakeholder dynamics. The CRO prefers async communication and values individuals who can operate independently. Collaboration will extend to the Head of Sales, Head of Commercial Excellence, Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing, RevOps, and the Office of the CEO.

  • Strong judgment for problem-solving and decision-making, including de-conflicting priorities.
  • Proactive approach, going beyond the immediate request.

  • Comfort with written communication, proactive pings, and minimal live syncs.
  • Composure under pressure, handling changes and emergencies without drama.
  • Comfort working through a proxy, understanding the Chief of Staff as the primary partner.
