What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar and schedule
  • Screen, manage, and respond to the CEO’s inbox and communications
  • Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analyses and documentation
  • Plan, organize, and report on meetings, ensuring CEO’s priorities are communicated
  • Maintain confidentiality of executive information and assist with candidate interviews

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • At least 10 years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience in developing client-ready presentations and materials
  • Demonstrated ability to handle critical deadlines and work independently
  • Familiarity with task management software
