What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Oversee CRM accuracy and improve workflows for operational efficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3+ years of executive support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
