Novant Health is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant III to provide strategic, high‑level administrative support to our leadership team at In this essential role, you’ll help ensure operational excellence, safeguard sensitive information, and use technology to keep our team organized and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and clerical support to department leaders.
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Serve as a central resource for staff, coordinating priorities and maintaining smooth communication across the department.
  • Leverage technology to manage complex calendars, prepare high‑quality reports, and support both virtual and on‑site meetings.
  • Balance independent work with collaborative teamwork to keep processes running seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

  • Experience: Three years of administrative support experience, required.

  • Customer Service: Holds staff accountable for customer service standards and ensures service recovery when needed. Ensures staff responds to customers in a timely manner.

  • Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
