Pay :** | HK$20,159 to HK$24,503 per month Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. |

++Key Responsibilities:++

  1. Provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support for daily operations and task implementation across a full range of administrative offices in St. John Hospital, including but not limited to filing, verify data / statistics, compile report / return, conduct simple analysis, documentation, and record keeping; coordinate meetings / activities and / or programs; prepare presentation papers / report, take meeting notes, and / or draft correspondences; maintain staff duty rosters, office facilities and equipment.
  2. Assist in handling continuous quality improvement programs for Administrative Services Division, including to provide clerical supports to develop departmental policies, procedures, guidelines and operation manuals.
  3. Provide executive and administrative support, particularly in Support Services and Local Supplies Offices.
  4. Assist in office management, coordinate internal meetings / programmes / daily activities.
  5. Handle enquiry and liaison work with internal and external stakeholders, including handling correspondences, to ensure effective and timely support.
  6. Operate telephone system and alarm panels when necessary.
  7. Perform general clerical duties and any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

++Entry Requirements:++

  1. University Graduates; OR

  2. Completed F.5/S.5 with:

i) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;

OR

ii) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:

  • Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and

  • Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent

ANDdiploma in a specialized function

++Preferred Attributes:++

  1. Experience in providing secretariat / executive support in healthcare setting will be an advantage.
  2. Proficient in PC applications, including English and Chinese word processing, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, etc.
  3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  4. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  5. Strong team spirit, able to work independently under pressure and accomplish tasks within tight schedule, and dedicated to quality service.
  6. High flexibility and adaptability to perform diverse administrative duties.
  7. Willing to work in different working locations on a project basis to meet service needs of the department, if required.
