What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage full scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel logistics for the interim CEO and CFO
- Capture concise, action-oriented meeting notes and synthesize key decisions into briefs
- Build a solid understanding of the employer’s products and initiatives to anticipate executive needs
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to manage cross-functional project pipelines and support executive communications
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7+ years of experience providing comprehensive executive support to senior leaders in a high-growth technology environment
- Proven ability to take detailed notes and make actionable recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Asana
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience partnering with a Chief of Staff or similar strategic role
- Demonstrated history of working autonomously and driving initiatives without micromanagement
- Ability to operate primarily on an Eastern Time schedule with flexibility for global coordination
