What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage calendars for multiple Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members, scheduling and prioritizing meetings and commitments
- Support the creation of executive documents, including Board of Directors slides and meeting materials
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including attendee lists, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports and coordinate logistics for executive-led events
- Provide backup coverage for the Front Desk Lead and assist with special projects as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s degree with relevant experience considered
- At least five years of experience in executive administrative support
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe; experience with Teams, Zoom, and Concur is a plus
- Experienced in event planning, travel coordination, and basic contract review
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience engaging with employees, partners, vendors, and customers at all levels
- Skilled in editing and compiling information from various platforms
- Ability to work onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours support
- Willingness to travel occasionally for offsite meetings (approximately 5%)
