What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Infrastructure Enablement SVP and CIO, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Integrate AI and digital productivity tools into daily tasks to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to draft and polish executive-level materials, including presentations and strategic reports
- Manage logistics for staff and team meetings, including agenda preparation and note-taking
- Anticipate needs and troubleshoot logistical issues independently in a dynamic environment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience, or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in enterprise collaboration suites, particularly Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Highly adaptable with a proactive mindset for problem-solving
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience using AI tools to enhance personal and organizational productivity
- Background in creating executive-level materials for presentations or reports
- Familiarity with logistics management for meetings and events
