About The Role Beyond International Group is seeking a highly organized and professional Remote Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to senior executives. This role is critical to maintaining efficient daily operations, managing communications, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments. Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in executive support, administrative assistance, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with scheduling tools, virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom), and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives

- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
- Maintain confidential records, including contracts, correspondence, and reports
- Assist with procurement tasks such as tracking orders and communicating with vendors
