Event Operations Coordinator
The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support the execution of BLLA Events. This role is the operational backbone of our conferences—ensuring speakers, sponsors, timelines, and communications are seamlessly managed from start to finish.
You will work closely with leadership and gain direct exposure to high-level industry gatherings while owning the coordination that brings them to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate speaker and sponsor onboarding, including communications, materials, and timelines
- Maintain organized tracking systems across calendars, spreadsheets, and internal tools
- Manage day-to-day logistics and ensure all deliverables stay on track
- Support outreach and follow-ups for event sales and attendee communications
- Assist with marketing execution across email, social, and partner communications
- Support on-site event execution and overall experience

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
- Proactive and reliable with strong follow-through
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
Logistics
- Independent contractor (opportunity to transition to salaried after 6 months based on performance)
- Remote role
- Must be able to travel for BLLA Events
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with modern tools and systems
- Able to quickly learn new platforms and workflows
