Event Coordinator Intern (San Francisco)

CoPatible is looking for a San Francisco–based Event Coordinator Intern to help facilitate and coordinate our in-person community experiences across the city.

This is a great role for someone who loves bringing people together, enjoys logistics and hospitality, and wants hands-on experience building real-world experiences at an early-stage startup.

Location: San Francisco (in-person)

Duration: Temporary / Internship

Time Commitment: Part-time, flexible

What You’ll Do

• Help coordinate and facilitate small group experiences in San Francisco (lunches, meetups, and community gatherings)

• Support venue coordination, reservations, and day-of logistics

• Assist with attendee communication before and after events

• Help ensure each experience feels welcoming, thoughtful, and well-run

• Provide feedback and ideas to improve future events

Who You Are

• Currently living in San Francisco (or will be during the internship)

• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with people in real life

• Enjoys community building, hospitality, and event coordination

• Comfortable communicating with small groups and vendors

• Interested in startups, community, human connection, or consumer tech

No prior event experience required — just a strong sense of responsibility and a people-first mindset.
