Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly – $55.00 USD Hourly

ETE Test Lead Engineer

Location: Tampa, FL – hybrid

Duration: 6 Months CTH

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation for functional and regression testing
• Develop automation code and ensure strong test coverage
• Manage automation frameworks
• Prepare clear test documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in CS or related field
• 3 years QA testing, 2 years automation
• Strong with Java, TestNG, Selenium, XPath, CSS selectors
• Knowledge of automation standards, POM, SDLC
• Experience with Bitbucket (merge/push)
• Strong debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently in Agile

Nice to Have:

• API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
• Multithreaded test execution
• Experience writing test plans or reports
