Role Description

The Entry Level Risk Management Associate will support various risk management functions, including assisting with risk assessments, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. Responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing reports, collaborating with team members, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Jersey, United States.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and assess risks
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within team environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and regulatory compliance is a plus
