Position Overview The Entry Level Production Assistant supports event production, logistics, and operational preparation for private and corporate events. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in hospitality, events, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and setup for events and catering operations
- Help coordinate event equipment, décor, and service materials
- Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
- Assist with event breakdown and post-event cleanup
- Follow company safety and operational procedures
- Support team members across production and logistics functions
- Ensure timely preparation of event materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule & Compensation
- Employment Type: Full-time or part-time
- Schedule:Typical workdays Monday-Friday
- Standard shifts: 8 hours
Compensation:$17.00 – $25.00 per hour , depending on experience
- Overtime opportunities during peak event periods
