Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, curious, and proactive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a leading independent talent public relations firm. This role sits at the center of a fast-moving, founder-led business representing some of today’s most compelling talent and creative voices.

This is an in-office role in Los Angeles for a candidate with at least one year of ++post-internship++experience in a similar or adjacent field (publicity, talent representation, entertainment, media, production, or executive support). This role requires excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay two steps ahead in a high-pressure, high-standards environment.

This role offers rare proximity to leadership at a top independent PR firm and is ideal for someone who wants to learn by doing. You’ll gain firsthand insight into talent strategy, media dynamics, and high-level decision-making, while building the instincts and relationships that shape long-term careers in entertainment and communications

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative and operational support

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel across multiple time zones

• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, agents, managers, studios, and media

• Draft, review, and organize correspondence, memos, and internal documents

• Assist in preparing briefing materials for client-related meetings and calls

• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution across projects

• Help coordinate logistics for press days, screenings, events, and company initiatives

• Maintain absolute discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information

Who You Are

• You have 1 year of post-internship relevant experience in entertainment, publicity, media, or executive support – if you do not have at least 1 year of post-internship experience, unfortunately your resume will not be considered at this time

• You are polished, articulate, and detail-obsessed

• You move quickly without sacrificing accuracy

• You have strong instincts, good taste, and professional judgment beyond your years

• You’re comfortable communicating with senior-level executives and creative talent
