Intalex is partnered with an enterprise SaaS company building AI and data software used by R&D teams at large industrial and manufacturing organisations. They are currently hiring Enterprise Account Executives to help scale their U.S. enterprise sales team.

๐Ÿ’ผ Their platform helps companies centralise research data, manage experimentation workflows, and gain insights from technical information that is often scattered across spreadsheets and legacy systems.

๐Ÿ’ผ Their customers are typically large global manufacturing and industrial organisations with complex R&D operations.

๐Ÿ’ผ This is an Enterprise Account Executive role, running full enterprise sales cycles selling a technical SaaS platform.

๐Ÿš€ You’ll be selling into large enterprise organisations with significant R&D operations, often involving complex technical stakeholders.

๐Ÿ’ผ Typical buyers include Heads of R&D, CTOs, scientific leaders, and other senior technical decision-makers.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation— $130K–$175K base | $260K–$340K OTE (uncapped) equity

๐Ÿ“ Location— New York or San Francisco (Hybrid — 3 days in office), flexible for the right person.

๐Ÿง  Someone with strong enterprise SaaS experience selling complex technical products

โœ… Sales experience including time in enterprise roles

โœ… Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar
