About The Role We are seeking motivated and detail-focused individuals to support our enrolment teams during the main enrolment period (August – October 2026).

This role is offered on a temporary, hourly paid basis (£16.14 per hour).

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that student data is accurate, funding eligibility is correctly assessed, and learners receive a smooth and professional enrolment experience.

Key Responsibilities Include Funding & Assessment

Supporting funding assessments, including eligibility checks in line with College policiesEnsuring all required evidence is collected, recorded, and compliant with audit requirementsIdentifying and resolving funding queries, escalating where necessaryData Entry

Accurately inputting and updating learner applications and enrolment dataChecking data for accuracy, completeness, and consistencyMaintaining high-quality records in line with GDPR and College standardsSupporting data quality checks and correcting errors promptlyCustomer Service & Learner Support

Acting as a first point of contact for applicants (in person, phone, and email)Providing clear information on enrolment and funding processesSupporting a positive learner experience through a professional and approachable mannerWorking closely with admissions, curriculum, and student services teams

About The Team You will be part of a collaborative and supportive enrolment and admissions team working across our Kings Cross, Regents Park and Soho centres, with flexibility to support other campuses if required.

The team is committed to delivering a high-quality, efficient, and student-focused service, ensuring every learner’s journey starts successfully.

About You We are looking for individuals who are highly organised, accurate, and confident working with data and processes, while also delivering excellent customer service.

Essential Skills And Experience GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalentStrong IT skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems)Experience in a customer-focused environmentExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong written, verbal, and numeracy skillsAbility to manage data carefully and maintain confidentialityYou will also demonstrate:
