Job Title: Senior EUC Lead Engineer

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Looking for a Senior EUC Lead Engineer with strong hands-on experience in end-user support and team management. The role involves supporting executives, managing AV services, and leading a team of 5–7 engineers.

Key Requirements:

  • 8 years in EUC / IT Support
  • Strong executive (white-glove) support experience
  • Team handling experience (5–7 members mandatory)
  • Hands-on with desktop support, workplace tools & AV systems
  • Experience with ITIL / service management

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-user support operations
  • Manage AV and IT asset lifecycle
  • Drive service improvements & automation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders

Note: Immediate joiners preferred.
