About the Role Maleda Tech is seeking an Enablement Program Manager to support a fast-growing Experiences business within a global marketplace environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales enablement expertise with the ability to build scalable onboarding and upskilling programs for customer-facing teams.In this role, you will support internal teams responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining high-quality experience partners across global markets. You will create training content, toolkits, e-learning materials, and enablement resources that help teams ramp quickly, perform effectively, and adapt to evolving business needs.This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to translate business goals into clear, practical learning experiences. The ideal candidate brings a blend of enablement rigor, content creation skills, and comfort using AI-powered tools to create and scale materials efficiently.Key Responsibilities Design, build, and improve enablement programs that support onboarding and ongoing upskilling for acquisition and account management teamsDevelop and maintain training content, including e-learning modules, toolkits, one-pagers, participation guides, worksheets, videos, and related materialsCreate structured onboarding journeys that help new team members ramp effectively and track progress over timeSupport ongoing learning initiatives that improve performance, consistency, and field execution across global teamsOrganize and maintain content within enablement and content management systems such as Highspot or similar platformsPartner cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve enablement programsTranslate business updates, product changes, and process information into clear, engaging, and accessible learning materialsTrack program progress, measure effectiveness, and communicate updates, milestones, and roadmap prioritiesLeverage AI-enabled tools and modern content creation platforms to customize and scale materials across marketsEnsure all program documentation and training resources are current, accurate, and easy to accessQualifications 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, learning and development, or a related fieldProven experience building or managing onboarding and training programs from start to finishStrong ability to support customer-facing teams such as acquisition, sales, account management, or operations teamsExperience working cross-functionally and leading initiatives across multiple stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to translate strategy into practical, high-quality training content and execution plansComfort creating polished materials independently, including presentations, guides, and learning assetsFamiliarity with AI-powered tools and modern workflows that improve speed, customization, and content creation at scaleExperience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications Experience in marketplace, tech, hospitality, travel, or other high-growth customer-facing environmentsBackground supporting global or distributed teamsFamiliarity with tools such as GSuite, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot, Adobe, Canva, and FigmaExperience supporting both onboarding and ongoing upskilling initiativesExposure to creator, events, travel, or experience-driven businesses is a plusKey Details Title: Enablement Program Manager, ExperiencesEmployment Type: Contract (W2)Location: United States – RemoteStart Date: April 20, 2026End Date: April 20, 2027Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per weekPay Rate: Up to $82/hour (based on experience)Work Authorization Sponsorship: Not available for this role
