Electrical Maintenance Technician
As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, conveyor systems, and PLCs. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to troubleshooting and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient production operations.Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing root-cause analysis to resolve breakdowns.
• Respond to production line stoppages and coordinate with mechanical teams for quick resolution.
• Prioritize repairs, maintenance, and installations while documenting work in the CMMS system.
• Inspect, assemble, disassemble, and replace components on industrial production machinery.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using voltmeters and other testing tools.
• Operate and test repaired machinery to ensure proper functionality.
• Analyze error messages and operator feedback to determine equipment issues.
• Ensure machines meet operational and safety performance standards.
• Support food safety and quality programs to maintain compliance.Job Requirements Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair knowledge on high voltage systems (480v, 277v,240v, 120v).
• High school diploma is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
