Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training modules integrating AI into electrical engineering applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to design practical, real world learning scenarios.
• Evaluate and improve AI driven engineering solutions through testing and feedback.
• Mentor team members and support technical upskilling initiatives.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training materials.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and AI or machine learning technologies.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or technical instruction.
• Proficiency with tools such as Python, MATLAB, and simulation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical ability.
