An internationally ranked architecture and engineering firm is seeking an Electrical Engineering Department Manager and lead a dynamic team shaping the electrical infrastructure of cutting-edge, mission-critical facilities for leading high-tech and semiconductor clients. Based out of their Hillsboro, OR office, this position is remote-friendly for candidates located within Pacific or Mountain Time zones.Your Day IncludesProviding technical direction for advanced electrical system designLeading and mentoring electrical engineers and designersOverseeing project execution, budgeting, and quality controlDriving innovation and implementing new tools and methodologiesCollaborating with cross-discipline teams on integrated facility designsMust Haves Bachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringProven leadership experience and 10+ years in electrical design for high-tech/industrial facilitiesActive PE license or ability to obtain via reciprocityP.S.
