Brief Description This is a Full-time Electrical Engineer position at our DeLand, Florida location. We offer a fast-paced, professional environment. We emphasize great attitudes, teamwork, and commitment throughout the organization to accomplish this.

Responsibilities

• Produce Electrical drawings and schematics for customer review and approval
• Perform and review complex Electrical calculations
• Prepare Electrical design and production drawings
• Author technical documents, engineering reports, specifications, and work instructions
• Prepare calculations, bills of materials, and construction details
• In-process problem-solving through the production process
• Technical review of customer-furnished Electrical equipment upon receipt

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Mechanical, Autodesk Inventor, Microsoft Office, and other related software applications
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineers, clients, internal production and support personnel
• Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external industry professionals
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member to solve problems and learn new technical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering atmosphere with a variety of assignments and competing demands
• Ability to effectively use various types of measuring equipment
• Ability to effectively collaborate with clients and coworkers
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Knowledge of proper tolerancing, construction methods, and industrial engineering is a plus
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus

Education/Experience

• Bachelors in electrical engineering or Related Discipline is a plus
• A combination of Experience/ Education will be considered
