For more information, visit or follow Carrier on social media at .Role Responsibilities: Perform risk assessments and identify controls for site activitiesSupport Process Safety Management (PSM) activitiesPerform EHS audits and identify improvementsSupport EHS programs (incident investigation, emergency response, regulatory compliance, etc.)Be an active participant in the EHS department and site continuous improvement initiativesBasic Qualifications: Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree program in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, or any EH&S field.Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higherMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications: Strong initiative, interpersonal and team skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalThe ability to multi-task and work well under deadline pressureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to comprehend and apply principles of risk management, regulatory compliance, communication, and fostering a proactive safety culture.#EarlyCareersRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
