About The Role The Prime Line division of S&S Activewear is seeking a strategic Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and enhance our Shopify-powered digital presence. While the website does not currently facilitate direct e-commerce sales, it functions as a critical hub for brand awareness, product education, and lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic to the site through targeted digital marketing initiatives and ensuring an exceptional user experience that converts visitors into high-value leads for our sales teams. This role involves managing the website’s content, UI/UX optimization, SEO strategies, and analytics to maximize engagement and lead conversions. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Technology, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Merchandising, and external agencies to implement best practices and innovative solutions. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position offers an opportunity to shape the digital footprint of Prime Line and contribute significantly to the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing ecommerce platforms and digital marketing operations, preferably within the promotional products or related industry
  • Strong understanding of Shopify and content management systems
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and paid media
  • Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Shopify backend reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Technical proficiency with digital tools and integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, NetSuite, Shopify apps)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic owner and liaison with IT for the management and optimization of the Shopify website
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of website operations to ensure accuracy, branding consistency, and user experience excellence
  • Create and implement a roadmap for web content, UI/UX improvements, and lead generation strategies
  • Optimize the website for search engines by executing comprehensive SEO strategies, technical site health, and content marketing initiatives
  • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics using GA4 and Shopify analytics to derive actionable insights
  • Manage and optimize the Shopify app stack, including tools for forms, search filters, live chat, and catalog management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure website content and campaigns align with overall marketing goals
  • Continuously test and improve website features to enhance mobile responsiveness and overall site performance
  • Report on key performance indicators and recommend improvements to increase lead quality and engagement
