About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace Architect / Administrator to join our Technology team at Our Financial Client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architecting, deploying, and administering Dynatrace for large-scale enterprise environments. You will play a critical role in designing observability strategies, ensuring application reliability, and optimizing performance across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement Dynatrace solutions for enterprise monitoring and observability.
• Administer, configure, and optimize Dynatrace environments (SaaS/Managed).
• Set up dashboards, alerting, service maps, and business transaction monitoring.
• Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, logging tools, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and Application teams to define observability standards.
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues using Dynatrace APM, RUM, and Synthetic monitoring.
• Drive root cause analysis, performance tuning, and incident reduction strategies.
• Stay current with Dynatrace product updates and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
• Hands-on expertise in Dynatrace architecture, administration, and deployment (SaaS/Managed).
• Strong experience with APM, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, Logs, Davis AI.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Containers, Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) monitoring.
• Experience integrating Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in large enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dynatrace Associate/Professional/Architect certification.
• Experience in Financial Services or Banking industry.
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, AppDynamics, or New Relic.
