We’re working with a respected commercial drywall contractor that is looking to add a Project Manager to its team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• Review project plans, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation
• Monitor job costs and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Maintain strong communication with customers while providing exceptional service
• Support field operations to ensure quality workmanship and safe project execution

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of commercial drywall project management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and project documentation
• Experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) or similar construction software
