Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Draftsperson located in Wilmington, NC, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Draftsperson will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, reviewing client specifications, collaborating with architects and engineers, and contributing to the preparation of project documentation. Daily tasks also include updating existing blueprints, ensuring compliance with design standards, and supporting project teams in drafting-related activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and drafting systems
- Knowledge of architectural drawing standards and MEP drafting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting project requirements
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and time management abilities
- Familiarity with residential and commercial project requirements
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in design or drafting roles is a plus
