Job Title: Drafter/Designer Level 2
Job Location: Mequon, WI(Or Remote)
Project Duration: 9+ months with possible extensionDesired Qualifications
Experience using Windchill for part and document creation and release
Experience using SAP for part and document management
Experience using an electrical CAD system such as Xpedition, Altium, Cadence or Zuken.
Understanding of engineering change process and manufacturing implementation
Basic understanding of reading electrical schematics
Good written communication skills for reports and documentationJob Duties
Works with engineering team to understand productivity or quality improvements needed in product and update Xpedition electrical CAD files
Pulls new part numbers or updates existing part numbers and BOMs in Windchill as needed
Prepares updated parts and documents for release into production, making sure that system processes completed and stakeholders have reviewed and approved of change
Release and monitor change through Windchill, SAP and manufacturing systems
Provide feedback to engineering team on questions, roadblocks or findingsEducation requirements:
Technical school work preferredExperience requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
