Title:.Net Developer

Location: Minneapolis, MN (4x per week onsite)

Employment Type: 6M Contract-to-Hire

Salary: 50-60/hr

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET Core, Asp.net Web APIs and C#.

  • Solid front-end development skills, with experience in Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

  • Proficiency in SQL and relational database design.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to go on site 4 days/week to their downtown Minneapolis location

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Exposure to automated testing frameworks.

  • Understanding of security best practices in web development.

  • Experience with performance optimization and scalability.

Job Description

An employer is looking for a highly skilled Core .Net Developer to join one of our largest national financial clients for a hybrid opportunity. In this role you’ll join a growing team, and contribute to design and development of scalable web applications. You will work cross functionally across the full technology stack, and work to modernize their application architecture through implementing CI/CD pipelines, and enhancing their user experience. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance back-end services using .NET Core, Asp.net Web APIs and C#.

  • Build responsive, interactive front-end applications using Vue.js and related frameworks.

  • Design and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure secure, efficient communication between components.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

  • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.

  • Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to best practices.
